RULES OF THE WESTAFF BIJOUTERIE PARIS WEBSITE LAUNCH COMPETITION

Article 1: Organization
The competition is organized by Westaff Bijouterie, whose head office is located in Montreuil , and is accessible from the brand's social networks.

Article 2: Duration
The competition runs from March 21 to April 30, 2025, inclusive. Any entries outside of this period will not be considered.

Article 3: Conditions of participation
The competition is open to any adult residing in mainland France. Westaff Bijouterie employees and anyone involved in organizing the competition are not eligible to participate.

Article 4: Terms of participation
To participate, candidates must accumulate points through the following actions:

• 2 points: Tag 2 friends in the comments of the official post.

• 2 points: Like and share the official post in story.

• 50 points: Purchase a Westaff Jewelry item .

• 50 points: Post a photo with a Westaff Bijouterie jewel in your story, tagging the brand.

Each entry must meet these criteria to be valid. Any attempt at fraud will result in the immediate exclusion of the entrant.

Article 5: Designation of the winner
The participant with the most points at the end of the competition will win the prize. In the event of a tie, a draw will decide the finalists.

Article 6: Lot put into play
The winner will receive a €250 voucher to use on the Westaff Bijouterie website. The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be refunded or converted into cash.

Article 7: Announcement of the winner
The winner will be announced on Westaff Bijouterie's social media channels within 7 days of the contest's end and contacted by private message. They must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.

Article 8: Protection of personal data
The information collected as part of the competition is intended for Westaff Bijouterie to administer the competition. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

Article 9: Liability
Westaff Bijouterie cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, technical malfunction or any other cause beyond its control which may disrupt the organization of the game.

Article 10: Acceptance of the regulations
Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules. Westaff Bijouterie reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if circumstances require it.
