Jewelry production time varies depending on the complexity of your order. Typically, it takes between 2 and 3 weeks . If your jewelry requires specific customizations, it may take a little longer.

2. What materials are used to make jewelry?
We work primarily with 925 silver , 18-carat gold , platinum , and precious stones such as diamonds , sapphires , and rubies . Each material is carefully selected for its durability and beauty.

3. Can we personalize a piece of jewelry?
Yes, we offer a wide range of customizations: engravings , choice of gemstones , design modifications, etc. You can choose these options when ordering.

4. How to choose the right size for a ring?
We offer a detailed size guide on our website. If you have any doubts, we recommend measuring your finger or visiting a jeweler for an exact size.

5. What if a ring size doesn't fit?
If the ring size does not suit you, you can return it to us for an exchange or free adjustment within 30 days of purchase.

6. What is the difference between 18 karat gold and 24 karat gold?
18-karat gold is composed of 75% pure gold and 25% other alloys, making it stronger and more suitable for jewelry. 24-karat gold is 99.9% pure gold, but it is more malleable and less durable for jewelry.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the delivery method chosen. Standard delivery is free for orders over €200 in France. For orders under €200, the cost is generally €5.90 .

12. What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your chosen delivery method:

  • Standard delivery : between 3 and 5 working days

  • Express delivery : 24 hours
    You will receive a tracking number as soon as your jewelry leaves our workshop.

13. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on the destination at the time of ordering.

14. Can I track my order?
Yes, once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

15. What is the return policy?
You can return your jewelry within 30 days of receipt. It must be in its original condition (unworn, unengraved, etc.). Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
